Conference Centre

Set in wonderful park-like surroundings, the Hospice Conference Centre offers a professional, friendly and dedicated service. Our air-conditioned conference centre seats up to 120 people at tables of eight people.

We supply a full range of equipment necessary for a successful conference or function and pride ourselves on our flexible approach. We are always willing to listen to your ideas. We have a number of conference packages i.e. (full day, half day and full week packages, etc) which have been especially designed to accommodate our guests.

Any pens, pencils, notepads required during the conference are the responsibility of the Conference Co-ordinator.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

There is a minimum charge of R600.00 per conference and a 40% deposit is required to secure your booking. Government departments must supply an official order number in lieu of a deposit slip.

The balance of the account is to be settled on the last day of the conference unless prior arrangements have been made with management. Government departments must make payment within 30 days of the conference being held. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts.

The conference centre will be open from 8.00am to 5.00pm on the day of your conference, unless prior arrangements regarding times have been made with management.

A rate of R190.00 per hour or part thereof will be charged for those delegates whose full day conference runs late.

A time limit of Four & a half hours has been allocated for a half-day conference, the times being 8.00 am–12.30 pm and 1.00 pm- 5.30 pm. Should the conference run late a full day rate would then become applicable.

We require Five working days notice, in writing, for cancellation of a booking. Failure to do so will result in a R600.00 cancellation fee being charged.

We require the final number of your delegates attending, Five working days before your conference.

There will be no reduction of cost in the unfortunate event of delegates failing to arrive.
